Hi,
As what I know, the Select Catering is not one of the certified halal food catering companies in Singapore. You may like to try other caterers.

Stamford and Select Catering are one and the same….catered for a bon voyage party recently and none of the guests were impressed.
1. Disposable cutlery were not sufficient…we had to buy our own. They gave 50 serviettes for 40 guests and 50 cups for 40 guests…25 small bowls for soup…
2. Mango pudding was horrible.
3. Xiao Long pow was cold and hard
4. The worst part was the dreadful ,salty Mushroom soup
5. The salads were unattractive, sushi looked so uninviting…hardly anyone took any!
6. There was alot of food left over…no one took their cards home…we were embarrssed…
This is the last time we will engage them,,,the total cost was about 1300 dollars.

Ordered from them during CNY. Food arrived 1 hour late, it is not even 1st few days of CNY, it is already the 10th day. Ordered orange squash but it came with packet drinks(not cold), limited to 1 pack per guest as they have used up the drinks container. Rented stools did not come. Some of the food like prawns came in disposable aluminium container half filled. Rotten complimentary mandarin oranges. Called them up and they say you are not the only one complaining the food came late. You decide.

Yah, I tried once at my colleagues’s place by the Select Catering. The food is cold…?! – not so good.

Select is famous for their food and that’s why I have given them a rating of 4 stars. So far, I have them catered for my child’s 1st birthday and few other functions. Initially, I planned to cater for my last christmas gathering. But I was too late as their ordered filled up very fast for Dec seasons.
