Well, my daughter’s 21st b’day 22nd Oct we ordered a 4kg 3D cake. It was hugh enough to go around for 80 guests and some go for 2nd helping.

It is value for money, is not only look nice, the cream is fresh, the only prob is the cake deliver too early and by the time you cut the cake at the end of the party, the top code that covers the whole cake becomes soft when you cut it.

My daughter’s cake was a 2 layer cake so when you cut the top one first, someone has to support the top before it collapse. If you want to ask them to deliver later, there will be a charge, they should use the dry ice or something to last the cake for the next 2 to 3 hours in the party.

As a cake profession, they joinly know well that cake is often eaten at the closure of the party. Other than that, I am very pleased with the design and quality.

I had bad experience too! Dun use them if you have custom orders. I asked them to make a spongebob 3d cake and we spent a lot of time calling and making sure they understood what I wanted. but in the end the “3D” was using paper cutouts mounted on toothpicks. it was cheating!! they charged 180 for a 2d cake. AND they didnt giv us candles. It was my 21st birthday. I made that clear to them as well but apparently. LOW quality food and design with NO customer service.
My friends and family were all disappointed.

Very annoying & disappointing experience with them. We ordered buffet and cake with them for our child’s 1st Birthday, but out of the 11 dishes we ordered, 4 were wrong dishes, 2 were missing. The wrong dishes were replaced without any courtesy to call and check what were the other choices I would like to change to if they had shortage. As such, we had to suffer from unhappy guests commenting about the food because a lot of our guests were with toddlers and the important wrong dishes were all spicy food (rice and vegetables). We also ordered stools which were promised to be delivered but to our horror, they missed that out too! Resulting in us having to literally “Squeeze” ALL our guests into our house, with most of them either standing or sitting on the floor. Now to the cake. Reviews said their cakes were good and comparable to Angie The Choice. Angie The Choice’s tastes much better. On top of that, the delivery man did not set up the serving tongs, eating utensils and trash bag, leaving us, the poor hosts, to set up the serving stations despite our busyness in entertaining our guests. We anticipated a great party, but got one which is disappointing, frustrating and embarrassing.

ecreative cake delivery man was very rude. that time i ordered the cake and was delivered by a man name “ah-boon”. he passed me the cake with one cigearate on his hand! oh my God, how rude!

My cousin’s wedding in May 2010 was also from ecreative. The food was nice particularly the bone steak which they provided on Saturday nite. There were a lot of leftover on Sunday after the event which is good considering the stream of crowd throughout the event.

To all the muslims! do not get cheated! this company does not realy serve HALAL cakes or pastries! I went to their office to order a birthday cake for my daugther and i saw a chinaman from some company delivering a red pastry which i know is not halal. Ecreative combine those non-halal chinese kueh together with their pastries for full-month baby package to their customers. and i think i saw at least 5-8 chinaman, which i believe been staying there in their office, which i think is against the law to use up workshops or offices as a domitory.

I order Hi-Tea Catering for my daughter 1st Year Old Birthday Party. The Hi-Tea package offers lots of choices to pick from.
But what made me flare was at the actual food received, that 2 out of the 11 items were replaced without any courtesy to call and check what were the other choices I would like to change to if they had shortage. Upon our confirmation order thru phone, they checked and confirmed that all was in stocked.
I had already had a big birthday cake in the party, and the replacement item was CAKE AGAIN.. In the end this item was left over with 95% untouch!!!

Hi,

Been to my niece’s BD party last Sat.(5/9/09).
Foods were horrible tasted…the dessert, fried rice tasted sour…
