I paid for the delivery charge but today, they delivered the foods to us, they did not delivered to our doorstep. but was placed at the carpark that was more than 50m away from our chalet. i asked the lady, y couldnt you deliver to our chalet, she claimed they normally unload the foods to the carpark only in addition she says it is gg to rain n got to go. In the agreement, a refundable of $5 foam box if we does not required will be reimbursed to us for packing our food. how? they leave the foods on the carpark n left. maybe ur company should review on the policy, otherwise follow as accordingly. disappointment!!!!!!!!!
